What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of www.fradabeauty.com and any appointment you request through it. Using the site means you accept them. They take away no right you have as a consumer under Spanish or European law.

Booking an appointment

A request made through this site is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Your first booking comes to us to confirm; once you are a client of the salon, the time you take is yours from the moment you take it.

You are responsible for the contact details you give us. A wrong telephone number or email address is the usual reason a confirmation never arrives.

Changing or cancelling

Tell us as early as you can and we will move it. Treatments are time reserved with a specific professional, so late cancellations and no-shows cost the salon that time.

The fourteen-day right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to a service booked for a specific date — that exception is article 103 of the Spanish consumer act, Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007. Our own cancellation terms apply instead, and they are the ones above.

Your client account

If you create one, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it. You are responsible for what is done through your account. Ask us and we will close it.

Treatments and suitability

Not every treatment suits every person. Some are unsuitable during pregnancy, on certain skin types, over tattoos or moles, or alongside particular medication. We will ask you before we begin, and we would rather turn a treatment down than do one that is wrong for you.

Photographs of work on this site are of real clients and real results. Results vary between people, and nothing here is a promise of a specific outcome.

Using the site properly

• Do not try to break into it, overload it, or take it offline.
• Do not scrape it to rebuild the treatment menu elsewhere.
• Do not send booking requests you do not intend to keep.

When the site is wrong or unavailable

We keep the treatments and prices current, but we do not promise the site is free of errors or always available. Where something is listed at an obviously mistaken price, we will tell you before confirming rather than hold you to it.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Tell us first — info@fradabeauty.com or +34 637 92 66 03 — because most things are fixed in a conversation. Official complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) are available at the salon, as they are in every business in the Region of Murcia.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your appointment is the one published when you requested it. The date at the top of this page is when it last changed.
